01 BTO (Build-Transfer-Operate) Projects
Typical BTO projects : Expressway, Tunnel, Railroad, Bridge, etc. Investments in infrastructure assets under the Korean Public-Private Partnership Act, where a concessionaire(a private partner) constructs an infrastructure project, transfers the ownership to the government upon completion of construction, and is granted the right to operate the facility and realizes a reasonable return on its investment through the direct collection of user fees
02 Conventional Energy Projects
Investments in conventional energy power plants Typical Conventional Energy projects : Coal-fired Power Plant, LNG Combined Cycle Power Plant, Cogeneration Power Plant, etc.
03 BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) Projects
Typical BTL projects : Social Infrastructures, including education/military/sewage pipeline facilities, hospitals, dormitories, etc. Investments in infrastructure assets under the Korean Public-Private Partnership Act, where a concessionaire(a private partners) constructs an infrastructure project, transfers the ownership to the government upon completion of construction, and is granted the right to operate the facility and receives government payments(typically lease payment + operational cost) based on its operational performance
